User Groups

The Centre has taken an active role in the user groups associated with the supported equipment within the Centre. In particular papers have been presented at the Parsys user group and in general someone has attended the individual meetings. This has been found to be a useful means of meeting other active users and system supporters. Over the last few years members of the Centre have acted on these user group committees. Dr Rankin has been on the Parsys user group committee for the last two years and Mr McConnell is currently secretary to the Cray Y-MP EL user group.
