The PCC's address is:
No. 7 College Park East
This is the building (not marked) behind the David Bates Building. From the front
of the DBB follow the large black railings to the rear of the DBB, the ugly, grey
brick, 2 storey building is No. 7 College Park East. It used to be the Presbyterian
Chaplaincy and many people still know it as such, so it might help to use both names
when asking directions. Please note that the map still uses our former location
of Room 1028 DBB, I might fix this sometime.
The University main building is known as the Lanyon Building and is situated on University
Road. There is a Porter's office just inside the main entrance in the centre of the building
and the porters can give you directions.
The David Bates Building is located to the rear of the main campus, at the entrance to the
Botanic Gardens. There is a security barrier located at the end of Botanic Avenue which is
the usual pick up and drop off point for taxis. Visitors may park their cars in the car park
situated inside the security barrier. Also convenient is Botanic Train Station which is a 5
minute walk away. The suitable Citybus services are 69, 70, 71 (these pass the front of the
University on University Road) or 83, 84, 85 (these come along Botanic Avenue) which all
leave from Donegall Square East (beside the City Hall).
If you need any more help please don't hesitate to contact the PCC.
The map is available as a postscript file from our ftp server mk.qub.ac.uk in directory
pub/centres and is called qub.ps.
