Title : Programmer/Analyst

Work:
Member of the Training and Education Team in the Parallel Computer Centre. Involved in the production and delivery of lecturing material spanning certain areas of High Performance Computing. Courses produced to date include the Cray Y-MP EL - Performance Utilities and Vector processing. Current work invloves PVM and MPI. PVM - Parallel Virtual Machine is a software system intended to simplify programming on a network of various Unix host machines. MPI - Message Passing Interface is a standard for writing message passing programs.
